Item shipped less than 10 minutes after placing order and was on my doorstep the next day. One component had minor damage and even though I'm sure it wouldn't have impacted performance, they had an exchanged part in my hands the next day after that. So, amazing service both during and after the purchase. As for the product, I had a very seasoned mechanic put it in and he said it went in really easily and was a very impressive, high-quality kit. And it sounds great. Has some attitude but not too obnoxious. I wish there were more stars.
