I had a type 9 and upgraded to the type 6, both were well built units. Much better buying direct than through dealer. Hard to find this size intercooler for this price. Used on '90 Toyota landcruiser 1HD-T.

Safer bet than an Ebay Intercooler	September 1, 2014

First off, I would give it a 4.5 Star, but since I cant, it gets a 5 star.

Item came as expected. Welds for the most part look pretty good, a couple of spots arent perfect but will hold fine, but then again this is a $140 intercooler. Its definitely constructed better than most Ebay intercoolers I have seen. On top of that, these guys actually have a customer service department, so you can ask them questions without getting a smart alec response. I do wish it had a little better mounting options, but it will do.
